And what about Handmark, a company that makes java games and other apps for mobile phones. I saw their logo on my SprintPCS phone display yesterday and thought it was another division of Second Life:

Teva is probably save, but my guess is that SL and Handmark are playing chicken to see who gets big ($ big) first, and then gets sued by the other.
Handmark has been around much longer than Second Life.
Cool story you got here. It would be great to read more concerning that theme.
